i think mike mentzer style HIT is the best. If youve listened to his seminars or read his books it really does make sense. It works for me.
You have to be willing to train very hard so its not for everyone.
I gain strength every workout, how many people can honestly say that?I train once every 6-7 days(legs, chest/back, legs, shoulders/arms)
If your current training isnt getting dramatic results its at least worth a try
