i have just a question about my first cycle. i thinking about taking deca and Nolvadex. i wanna start easy, but i've heard many also taken test whit it. they who have taken deca and test, do you shoot it in he same muscle the same day or what? And ist it necesary to take novaldex if i just take deca?

run the test at 500mg per wk and the deca at 300-400mg per wk depends on your mg/ml cant tell you how much to shoot unless you know that
