im doin a 400mg a week test E and 30mg a day dbol cycle. Was just wondering if i should do 1 shot a week or 2 shots at 200mg. Also was just wondering if i should consider a week 5 or 7 days

I hit Test E every Monday and Thursday. I think you will find this is what most people do with Test E. Twice a week is better to keep blood level more level.

shoot it 2 times a week. and a week is seven days. juice doesnt go by business days. lol
