According to the information you supplied, each 100 ml contains 0.1 mg. Therefore, by moving two decimal places, each 1 ml contains 0.001 mg.

Keeping in mind, at least in tablet form, that clen generally runs at 0.1 to 0.2 mg. per tablet, to get the equivalent dose from what you have you would need 10 ml or 20 ml respectively. Remember that 1 ml = 2/3 tablespoon, and take it from there. (If you want to use a NyQuil-style cup, 30 ml = 1 ounce. Adjust accordingly.)
