Calling Vets: preparing first cycle
Im 20 been training since i was about 13 and am just starting a bulking diet. I weigh 160 right now after i lost weight from summer cutting and from surgery. I am not looking to start the cycle until I am weighing atleast 170-175. Most likely test only... give me your opinions and advice... thanks.

The best thing you can do is learn how to eat. If you can learn what it takes for your body to gain 15-20lbs naturally. Then you will have what it takes to perform a sucessfull cycle. If you cant gain weight naturally at this point. The only thing to blame is diet and your workout plan. Also if you have a high metabolism you might want to look into workouts specifically designed for a hard gainer. Someone like that has to workout in a completely different way than the rest of us. Just PM me if you need help on that.
