I have been told by a doctor and personal trainer that arimidex COMPLETELY blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen unlike nolvadex which doesnt completely take care of it...so why are juicers always using nolvadex?

ones an inhibitor and ones a blocker, why not use both
it would be wise to use both, one compliments the other.
Other problem is, higher estrogen levels help keep you from drying out your joints and injuring them, arimidex - if you block too much of your estrogen conversion will cause your cholesterol to skyrocket and also since higher then normal estrogen levels also are 40% responsible for anabolic growth when on steroids, keeping your estrogen levels down low will cause you to have poor gains, like maybe only 5 or 10 lb gain. Believe it or not, water bloat is the best thing you can having happening when trying to achieve maximum gains. It not only gets your muscle cells expanded and stretch, it also retains nutrients close to the muscle cells which cause less damage and faster repair and growth. When cycle is over, all water bloating goes away FAST.Originally Posted by kaptainkeezy04
You need both because proper administration of arimidex is to take small amounts that are not adequate to inhibit all estrogen production, you only want to reduce your estrogen conversion by about 50%, this means taking 1/2 dose every 3rd day, you then still need to take nolva to protect you from the remaining estrogen production and also nolva is excellent for controlling acne.

thank you for your help
What you want is letro www.ar-r.com
Letrozol is femera, which is an anti-estrogen.
Femara is 10-30x more effective than Arimidex in it's ability to pass thru the cell membrane of lipid (fat) cells and inhibit the activity of aromatase -- in other words, Femara is far superior in lowering estrogen levels in fat cells. This has two benefits for BBs; (1) Estrogen 'attracts' water, so less water retention (2) an average male BB is around 10%BF, that's a lot of lipid cells with aromatase inside them, so a substantial percentage of aromatase is left untouched by Arimidex due to it's poor ability to enter lipid cells Arimidex is approximately 80% effective at inhibiting aromatase, Femara is around 95-97%

i think femara is overkill. this is what i will be trying next cycle. 10mg nolva,50mg proviron both ED and .25mg arimidex 2x per week.
