During a cycle you could use anti-e's like arimidex or liquidex. If you're trying to lose all the water in your body Lasix, which is a diuretic, just make sure you know how to take it!
ultra low carb for 4-5 days, drink a lot of water of days 1-3. low low sodium, on day 4 limit water intake. day 5 early morning cardio, one diaretic, and half and hr in the sauna should eliminate most of your water
Cut back on your sodium and drink a ton of water.. 11/2 to 2 gallons a day. yeah it will make you Pizz alot but sounds like your body isn't getting enough of it, if you are bloated. Unless you are on AS.. ???

what kind of water retention? if it's estrogen related then take an anti-estrogen. if it's progesterone then you're screwed.
if it's sodium then cut back on sodium, load up on potassium, and drink a lot of water.

it's another female hormone like estrogen. i'm not going to describe what it does in the female body cuz it's not important, but all you need to know is that it will cause water retention just like estrogen. more of this water retention seems to be in the joints as compared to estrogen, a possible reason why deca seems to help joint pain.Quote:

deca and anadrol will aromatize into progesterone. trenbolone (fina) is rumored to be progestenic, but i don't see how that's chemically possible. some of tren's metabolites may mimic or turn into progesterone though, but i'm not certain of that either.
water usually leaves the body after a month of a cycle. If you want fast response take lasix 40mg once. And an hour later youd be pissing like a water fall. Be sure to get some potassium supplement too because lasix pissess out sodium and potassium. No potassium = heart attack. Be carefull
