OK, my thoughts were only 17aa steroids pass through your liver, but with the liver being a filtration system for your body, do all steroids such as test, deca, eq, ect. pass through the liver, or just the 17aa ones?

They all pass through your liver, everything in your bloodstream goes through your liver one way or another. Methylated compounds are just more hepatoxic than the injectables that aren't 17-aa.
