help with cycle

im just about to start cycle
wks1-10 deca 300
wks1-10 sust 250
wks1-4 d-bol

i also have nolvadex , should i take this with whole cycle (wks 1-10) or after last injection (or 21 days after last injection)? thanks for any help.
im 5'9, 165 lbs. want to bulk up.

250mgs of sus is not enough. Test e would be a much better choice but if sus is all you have access to do atleast 3 shots a week. Run the test 1 week past the decal and run the dbol @35-40mgs ed.
You could run nolva throughout the cycle (10mgs) or you can run it at 20mgs post cycle but you'll also need clomid 2 weeks after your last shot of test.

bro you have to stop deca ONE week before your test though! 11 weeks on deca,12 on test! Good luck

ya bro u should go with test e instead of the sust,sust needs to be shot eod at a min if u want to use it right... and run the test at a higher dosage then the deca .. IMO....

Ooh...you better think this one over again. Sust is taken EOD and you don't wanna run less then 400-500mg/week. And you should stop deca one week b4 the test.
