Diet to Gain while on cycle
I am planning my 1st cycle and double checking everything:
Stats:
5'9
170
21yrs old
Train 5-6 days a week
The cycle looks like this:
weeks:
1-4 Dbol @30mg/ED
1-12 Test E@250mg/Every Monday and Thursday
1-12 Nolva@20mg/ED
12-14 Clomid after cycle@25mg/ED
The diet I was going to follow is 4000 calories consisting of:
A.44g of fat/day = 400cals
B.285g of protein/day = 1140cals
C.615g of carbs/day =2460cals

You need quite a bit more protien... like 400 grams

Yeah I actually sat down today and figured the foods and totaled everything up and it was more like 4000 calories and a little more protein. Thanks for the info everything is appreciated.

no reason to be a d!ck about it. if the kid is 170, he needs atleast 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, take time and research how an increase of testosterone results in an increase of protein absorbtion, an ya im agreeing with AandF. your gonna need somewhat to 400g of protein if you want to get the full benefit of your cycle.
