yes it will help. Most will take in the 40mg-80mg (80mg is high) but I think you should try it and see if it works for you. If not, bump it to 40 mg's.

Start as low as you can.....10mg EOD if you have 10mg pills. Increase until it helps. When you start seeing sides, decrease ammount. You should use much lower dossages than is recomended, since that is for very severe acne, that is not teroid related.
