Well ur not saying a whole lot to us...how much are u working out now? What are u doing in the gym? Is your diet good? STATS, etc...?
its hard to tell how long---especially since you haven't told us what you have been doing to get those puppies visible. The one thing I can tell you is that you can work those bad boys out 24-7 and it wont help a thing if your diet isnt on point...make sure your making wise decisions at the dinner table.

6 pack depends on your diet and exercise routine IMO. The product listed above, if anything will blow you up. Less carb and more cardio. Best I can do with so little info.

Regarding diet, the calories from simple carbs and sugars don't matter as much as the nasty storage effect of insulin that gets produced from them and the catabolic effect of the resulting cortisol production that occurs to supress the excess insulin. Keep the diet strict and the abs will show in a month. Alcohol will prohibit your goal as well; if you drink it, you may as well just eat a tablespoon of sugar in it's place.
As much as I hate Atkins diet, that's my plan to show the abs in the summer. 3 weeks of ketosis ought to do it.
The diet is harder for me than when I quit smoking. You have to make up your mind and be realistic.
For most ppl somewhere around 10% body fat, abs are there.
just as the above said, it's all about diet and cardio. also, deca, test, dbol won't really help cut the fat. it will just help you build muscle.

yeah agreed but i think fat % below 10 would be even better probably in the range of 8-10.
