Tips on Acne!!!Shoulders and back

Has anyone got any decent solutions to ridding of acne. Ive got a grotesque number of spots on my shoulders and upper back! What can i do to combat it? Should i see a doctor??

Bro buy a loofer (sp ?) its a thing you use to scrub your skin with and also buy some body scrub cream. Use it on your back a couple of times a week it should help a lot

Some say that Retin-A works good foe acne, never tried it myself so I'm not sure about it but it's worth a try. Don't cost that much...

there's a number of threads on things you can try otc, but if that doesn't work, best bet would be dermatologist. For me, I had it real bad on cycle, best thing was coming off and doing pct, cleared me up.
