    How much cyp for first timer?

    My first cycle will include Eq 400mg/week 1-10 weeks,
    Winny 50 mg ed weeks 7-12, and some cyp weeks 1-10.
    How much cyp should I use each week? Should I frontload?

    How old are you and what are your stats? If your ready for your cycle, meaning that you're old eough, diet is right, good routine, fat is under control; try using 400 - 500mg cyp without frontloading. If it's mexican gear use 500 - 600mg.

    250 is enough IMO...
