Can You Give Some Advice on Self-Injecting to Glutes?

OK, I confess, I am a chronic Quad Sticker.

It's my first cycle and I have been pushing 4-6ml of Test/Deca in my Quads every week. Never more than 2 injects per quad/week, 1-2ml per time. I know it might be beneficial to rotate through 4 sites, but:

1) I have chronically thin delts and I don't want to inject there until I get more size and

2) I can't seem to find a method that makes sense to reach and inject my glutes (and nobody I trust to do it for me!)

I have found sites with technical jargon on where to inject, pictures of the locations and pictures of guys getting it in the ass (injections, not gay porn!) but nothing that gives me confidence in self injecting there...

How do you pro's do it? Any sugestions? Any pictures you might have found somewhere to illustrate the procedure?

this probably isn't the answer you're looking for but, i recommend having your girl do it. if you don't have a girl then have a training partner or someone do it. i find it next to impossible to aspirate when i'm shooting my ass. the few times i tried i just ended up digging the needle into more ass veins.

you don't need thick delts to do injections in there. just get shorter pins.

I have heard of a site, but I cannot recall the URL...

Here is how I self inject the glutes.

1. I stretch out. Lay down and and stretch your lower back for a few minutes. It will help when injecting.

2. Prepare your pin and drop them shorts.

3. Clean your injection site.

4. If you are shooting your right glute, hold the pin in your right hand and reach around to the glute.

5. Poke the pin in and support under it with your left (free) hand.

6. Aspirate.

7. Inject.

i just cant get both hands round there anymore and im dammed if i can do it all with one hand!!
