First Injection Yesterday....
I started my first cycle yesterday. 1-12 weeks of Test E and first 1-4 weeks of D-Bol, with 10 mg of novadex a day and clomid pct. I must say my butt check is a little sore today but not to bad at all. My cousin and I are doing the same cycle, we have the same gear, so we gave eachother the shots. I took some before pics with all my measurements and exact weight. I can't weight for the d-bol to kick in.

I am running 30 mg of d-bol a day. Leon Phelps is the main character in the movie The Ladies Man...lol....

i couldnt walk after my first few shots........i called my source and bitched him riiiiight out about it..lol...i was using prop though....

My workout program is pretty good, but I was wondering if any of you guys have a great one that will help with putting on mass? My workouts are about 1 hour long. I find that 1 hour is perfect and I can keep it intense the whole time. Right now I am working out 5 days a week. 2 muscels a day. Chest-Bicepts Shoulders-Tricepts Legs-Abs Back-Foearms and so on. Does anyone have a really good monday to friday type program, I'm not able to go to the gym on weekends.

Good luck on your first cycle. As far as the workout everyone is different. Check the workout forum and try something new. Enjoy bro.
