    Injectable B12 Cycle length

    If you want to run b12 and your not cycling, like u just want it for the extra evergy and appetite, how long would u typically run it for @ 1000mcg EOD..

    a month
    a week
    a year?

    Forever, I have been shot in the stomach and part of the small intestine that absorbs b-12 was torn, the resection cut that particular part out completely so I have to take shots and I asked another dr. to give me Nascobal - prescription nasal b-12

    You can take it year round. It doesn't build up any toxins or anything. Excess is excreted in the urine.

    Yep, increased appetite and energy. I felt absolutely nothing from the pills.

    the benifit is that when injected it is not broken down in your stomach. if you want to take it orally you can get great effects, you just have to take alot more
