Okay Im doing morning cardio with a cyclical ketogenic diet. I wake up in the mornings but never really get out of bed till 10:30. I take an 400 mg of ALA, 25mcg of T3, 1 fat stacker 2 and 2 yohimbe pills and start my cardio for an hr. My goal if fat loss. So far so good, anybody have any opnions on this. Its amazing, the amount of fat I have loss since the end of my AS cycle.
