    Question Once or Twice....

    I know this doesnt go in this forum so dont remind me, but responses are limited. what do you guys think about doing one muscle a day, once a week....obviously hitting every muscle....my first cycle i got great results doing one muscle a day/ once a week and working it real hard. this time im pairing them and its not as good as before. anyone have any thoughts on this?

    I hit every muscle HARD once / week and it does me great!!
    When u mean pairing them u hit them 2 times / week or u mean like.. chest and triceps? and lower the X times ur in the gym?
    I can only speak what works for me best. Maybe in the future ill change my current style just for the change, which i think can sometimes do the body good.

    i just meant i started chest/tri's/back, bi's, and so on, i guess im going back, thanks for the imput. anyone else?

    A new study I just read for a class, published by the Journal of Stregth and Conditioning Research, stated that for trained individuals (such as ourselves), it is best to train the muscles groups twice per week in pursuit of stregth (hypertrophy was not measured). Our class came to the conclusion that tageting one major muscle group per week is enough, because we use secondary muscles...I.E. Using tri's to bench press. So all in all, targeting one major muscle group per week is the best way to acheive stregth gains.IMO

    I do just like LATIN, 1 muscle per day but I really work out the muscle

    I did each muscle twice a week and it did not work well for me.

    I have been doing one muscle a week and it is working GREAT. Muscles are healed by the next workout.
