    pleas help me guys !!! 1st cycle

    I´m a ex 3xolympia guy and are now only training for fun,but im still going to compete a little bit.And the thing is that im going to trie some things but don´t want to get i truble whit detetion time.
    So my question is how sure is the time on sust250 and winst..???????
    Ore what is the detention time on those produkts???

    I hope thet there are some one how can help me .
