what's a body for life program?
Are you trying to win the program? Do they even still offer the body4life contest? If so you would have to do it with something undetecable or suspension, slin, HGH, IGF.
that workout/diet would be an excellent way to lean out and gain lbm. I am a firm believer in that program.
