Next cycle critque

this is going to be my 3rd cycle but second one with test.
im 200 lbs 12% bf
does this sound ok:
600mg/wk test wk 1-12
500mg/wk deca wk 1-6
50mg ED winny wk 5-10

proper pct of couse
nolva when needed or l-dex

Should i stretch the deca a little longer by doing 400mg/wk

ya deca should be run at least 8-10 weeks to fully be effective imo

I agree with phatmark. If you do the deca for 10 weeks that will give you 2 weeks of test after the end of the deca. thats what cha want bro..

Get another vial bro and then you might be able to bump up like you wanted to.

ill look into it. do you think 10 weeks of deca will kill my libido? i though i would have to end the deca at week 9 anyways?

I do 10 weeks bro. As long as you run the test longer IMO you will be fine..

not as long as you run test at a higher dosage then the deca . and as for how long you want to run them. you want the deca to end 1-2 weeks before the last test shot.. reason being is for pct start times.. the start time for deca should be 21 days after last shot and 14 for test. see what i mean?

Good call I forgot to mention about a higher dose of test than deca .. But i sill beat ya...

i just ran a similar cycle with test and deca .. here this is what im taking.. im a little more then a week into pct and havnt lost a lb yet..

clomid
nolva
tribulus
glutamine
creatine (no xplode)
