its not nesacerraly 2500ius(like i explained on the gh/slin forum where you asked the same question)it all depends on the dose as hcg comes in many different doses..1000ius.1500ius.5000ius and 15,000ius.so your answer is not universally correct...if you have 2500iu dose at 1ml then 500iu would at the 20 mark on a slin pin being.2cc's not .5

btw .5 would be 1250ius if you are talking about a 2500iu vial...you need to be more specific
