this is my third cycle my stats are 28 yrs old, 6'2, 210 lbs, 210 lbs, i have been lifting consistently for 3 1/2 years. I am trying to cut and lean while maybe gaining a few lbs of muscle...tell me what ya think
I will be doing cardio 4-5 times per week in the morning for 40 minutes as well as lifting 5 time per week
wk 1-15 prop at 300mg per week eod
wk 1-12 eq at 300mg per week eod
wk 1-8 eith winny tabs or var tabs at 50 mg per day....
then pct at the end....
Am i going to have to worry about bloat, what about nolva during the cycle....let me know what you think, thanks,,,
