Vets, Please Critique 1st Cycle

My stats are:

30 years old
6' 2"
190 lbs
10% bf
847 test
11 years training

My planned 1st cycle is:

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk, 1000mg week 1
Weeks 1-4 DBol 30mg/day
Weeks 1-14 Nolva 10mg/day
Weeks 1-17 Finast. 2mg/day

PCT:
(PCT to start 2 weeks after last Test)

Clomid Day 1 300mg Day 2-21 100mg
Nolva Day 1-21 20mg
L-Dex Day 1-21 .25 mg

Sidenotes:
Some of you will surely look at my weight and assume that I can gain more naturally before turning to AAS. Let me assure you I train and eat optimally now.

My basal caloric requirement is 3173 cals. I plan on a 40/35/25 split 4500 cals/day on cycle.

Questions:

What do you think about adding 300mg Deca Weeks 1-12? Too much for 1st?

If D-Bol is stopped at week 4, should Nolva be increased to 20 at week 4 for mini-PCT?

After your cycle I would continue to use finasteride -- propecia if you have mpb. You need to stay on for good to see results from it.

Why 1g of test during week 1? keep it at 500mg 1-12. You don't need the dbol since it is your first cycle.

Im guessing he is frontloading his first week which is the reason for the gram...

Also IMO theres nothin wrong with added Dbol or prop to jumpstart your cycle.. first or fifth...

You might want to consider starting your finasteride BEFORE you start your cycle. There was a good post a while back on the subject. Ill try to edit in the link if I can find it.

Been on finasteride for 5 years now and plan on continuing. Thanks. Also, frontloading:
Regular way of taking AS and its natural buildup progression:
Day 1 – 250mg
Day 7 – 125mg + 250mg = 375mg
Day 14 – 187.5 + 250mg = 437.5mg
Day 21 – 219.2 + 250mg = 469.2mg
Day 28 - 234.6 + 250mg = 484.6mg
Day 35 – 242.3 + 250mg = 492.3mg
Day 42 – 246.1 + 250mg = 496.1mg


Now progression with “Double Dose” front loading:
Day 1 – 500mg
Day 7 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 14 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Day 21 – 250mg + 250mg = 500mg
Etc.

Hey bro, to answer your ?s...I would leave the deca out and I wouldnt bother increasing the nolva unless youre getting signs of gyno(ie itchy nips, lumpy nips, etc). Everything looks Johnny on the spot in your planned cycle, but(you might have already planned on doing this, but didnt type it)be sure to inject your test twice a week in equal doses.

You're running D-bol to jump start the cycle so there's no need to front load the Enan. Also, bump the D-bol to 40mg ED.

If you use l-dex at .25mg through the cycle then you can just run 10mg of Nolva ED durring the cycle. But if you will only be using Nolva then run it straight thru the cycle and PCTat 20mg ED.

You should extend PCT to 30 days.

Cool. I wasn't sure about the front-load, so maybe I'll leave that out. 40mg D-Bol is not too much? Is that 20mg twice a day?

You would want to split the d-bol out through out the whole day say 10mg every 3 hours or so........

Stay away from Deca if you are finasteride, it will make you loose your hair like crazy. If you want to add another substance, add EQ.

I wouldnt take the Nolvadex unless you need to. With that dose if you need it your in for trouble anyways.

Why do you say that? What about LDL/HDL ratios that test offsets and nolva improves. Nolva is not only about growing tits.

Yeah, I think I'll leave the Deca for next time. Any other comments?

Not true.

Deca competes with testosterone for the 5-alpha reductase enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT and instead converts to dihydronortestosterone which is much less androgenic.

Just Experiment with gene therapy, like beefcakestew has on his avatar bull.........Stuff does nasty things to animals and will be available for humans in o lets say about ten years. The problem is that it will cost a fortune so better prepare to fork over the bucks like beefcakestew has done already!!!!

Finasteride should counteract Deca, but I think I'll leave it out for simplicity. I'll probably stack it for the 2nd cycle.
