you need to up your nolva to around 60mg when that happens until it goes away. You also need to add something like liquidex or femara to your cycle to go along with it.

when your running almost 1 gram/week you should be using 40mg+ of nolvadex/day, try 60mg for the next couple of days then 40mg's/day of nolva for the rest of the cycle.
