Just read about it, and it supposed to aid in the metabolism of fat by the reduction/oxidation of fat as energy and it has no side effects

I read it in a medicine encyclopedia (in Spanish)

well a friend of mine brought the 5ml viald from mexico and this is his 3rd treatment and the sucker has gone from 34 wais to 31.5 measured! he just complains about the pain after the injection that lasted about 10 min!

This it's actually L-carnitine. But yes I have read it works wonders.

Can this stuff be bought legally on an online pharmacy or is it strictly blackmarket?

I live in Guatemala. In fact today was talking to the pharmacist about PCT regarding Nolvadex etc. The lady out of the blues told me about cardispan.
I hung up the phone with her, entered the AR forum and noticed this thread. I was like nice!!!
Oh the lady also hooked me up with a fella that uses this product and says that it burns fat really quick. Combine it with Cynomel, Clen, Hydroxycut and you should look like a million bucks. I can get it here at the Drug Store though. Thats here I dont know if in the States you can purchase it over the counter.

Here in Puerto Rico everybody is using it, but you have to get it in the streets, not available in pharmacies, so imagine its the ame thing over there.
