t3 is only a good option if you are currently on gear, it is catabolic. If you run it the last 6 weeks of your cycle and your diet is good it is very effective tho. Also make sure you do your homework on dosage and such as to not permanently damage your thyroid.
Yea bro, you really dont need to use t-3 unless you are currently taking some kind of test! If you are using test, then do a search(I cant remember the thread#) from cycleon. It will show you exactly how to cycle T-3. later!!
everyone is different. i lost a lot of muscle while on t3. it's not worth it for me
