    rubber stopper breaking apart

i was drawing out of the vial today and i noticed a few tiny particles in there. i looked closely and it was from the rubber stopper on the vial. i was thinking of buying new sterile vials and drawing the remaining out and using a whatman to filter it out into the new vial. any other ideas of what i should do ?

you'll lose more product than if you just take a syringe and suck out those little bits of rubber stopper.

thats going to happen anytime you're drawing from a large vial multiple times

I've noticed that I get particles when I enter the vial at or near the same spot every time. Try to always draw from a different spot. That works for me.
