Guys, I wanted to know if you could offer me some advice. I'm 30 years old, 6'3" 220-225lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. I've been training off and on for 12 years, the last 2 years consistently. I've been planning my First Cycle for roughly 2 years now. I wanted to get in the best shape possible before starting. My goal is to add 12-15lbs of lean, hard BLOAT-FREE muscle over 16 weeks while keeping the sides low to moderate. I've been following Bask8kace's posts & progress and think I want to go the low dose route. Here's what I came up with. Let me know what you think.
Test Enanthate@375mgs for weeks 1-16
Deca@100-200mgs for weeks 1-10
[email protected] EOD(To keep me hard & dry throughout)
500ius of HCG every 4th day
I'm NOT using the Deca for the anabolic effect. I had ACL surgery on my knee 5 years ago. It bothers me every now and then when I go heavy on Legs. So, I'm using Deca for the joint lubing properties. My goal is to reach 235-240lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. What do you think???
