B6 and milk thistle.
what's up guys.
i'm just wondering how much or if i should take any b6 and milk thistle with my cycle of 100mg of prop ed for 12 weeks????
i was reading on the search forums for b6 and people r recommending 200mg of b6 everyday??? and they are saying it for gyno symptoms?? as i read before i thought b6 was for your kidneys and milk thistle for your liver...
pls help and give advice..

They take B6 for progesterone induced gyno, as with Tren . Not Test. You need Nolva for that one.

at gnc b6 stated it is for your kidneys. why did it say that??? what about milk thistle?? i just want to make sure i protect my liver and kidneys so i don't pay for it later on in life...

It works for what it says, but it can also work in other ways as well.
Just be smart about your usage, and never "abuse" gear.

tht's what i need to know. how much of b6 and milk thistle per day should i be taking to protect my body organs. i'd rather be safe than sorry later on life.
