I've read that DNP causes severe lethargy, and I was wondering if taking caffiene will keep this under control and will caffiene have any negative effects when taken with DNP?

In my experience i had energy until i upped to 600, i'm back to 400 now and i feel great.
Caffeine would help and no there are no negative effects.

I use ECA along with DNP and it helps. The effect is very similar to Crystal Meth from what I have read as I have never used Meth. It does make the whole thing harder on your body IMHO.

I appreciate it guys, gonna start my first low dose DNP cycle in about 2 weeks. I was thinking about 200mg for 14 days, think that's good for a test run? Want to get it all in before I start
