    Anadrol Half-Life?

    for my next cycle I am going to be using denkall 75mg anadrol for 4 weeks at the start of my next deca /test cycle. What is the half-life? Is it like a dbol being every 4hrs. Also what would be the best way to take them, the pill is 75mg so I am thinking half in the morning and half later on that day or can someone suggest a better way of taking it....thanks!
