Will nolvadex taken alone increase gains? I know it increases test, but on cycle in the past my gains seem to have slowed down once ive started nolva, so i was wondering whether it would have this effect when taken alone.

Watch out... taken alone gives b!tch tits. joking. Increase your food intake and that will increase your gains ( high protein clean foods ), only people that take it by itself are breast cancer patients and to reduce estrogen in the mammary area.

If you DID see gains.. i'd attribute it to your diet and training regime.

Yeh im takin it to reduce some gland swellin, doc told me not to take ne more roids while im doin it, so i was hopin it wudnt reduce my gains, that wud b a biatch. Ta 4 the advice.
