Im at the end of my second week of sust250 /500 ew. Do u think it will make any difference if I add deca200 at 400EW at week 3 - 8??? Or should I just stick with sust? I have Arimidex and clomid.
My stats are 165lb 5’8 low body fat. This is my first cycle.

IMO I would add deca now but you will get results of Sust alone.Its better to prepare your cycle before you start

i wouldn't bother with the deca at this stage. if anything add some faster acting orals like winny or dbol .

if your only 2wks in then add it.just run it for full 8 wks.
you really should of laid it out before hand but...

If I add deca now would it be easier for me to keep gains later?? Or deca at 400EW for 4-5 weeks would not make any difference???

Add the deca . If you add it you will have better gains and you will hold more of them. Don't forget about the Clomid at the end of your cycle.

Take the deca now and take it for the next 8 weeks to the end of your 10 week cycle.
