Flow/the zone
Ok guys i need some input here. Can you all please say which of the following you experience while on gear.
physically relaxed; mentally calm; low anxiety; energised; optimistic; enjoyment; effortless; automatic; alert; mentally focused; self-confident; and, in control.
This is for a sports psych class, questioning the effect of gear acting as an artificial means of maintaining flow and making it easier to acheive.

I feel no different when on and type of steroid , if anything I feel depressed and tired.

Also, I work in sales and definitely sell more when on cycle. Don't know if it's just that my confidence is up, I wondered if there might be a pheromonal effect... who knows, but it does help!

Put me down the same as NOTSMALL definately more controlled aggresion, sometimes tired from not sleeping as much but usually energies especially at the gym.

Ok Ill try to help you out, and this is my first cycle, so if that makes any diff.
physically relaxed; yes, untill I hit the gym, then i get amped up
mentally calm; n/a
low anxiety; no
energised; yes
optimistic; yes
enjoyment; yes
effortless; lifting, yes
automatic; no
alert; yes
mentally focused; yes
self-confident; very much so, if you look better than you feel better
and, in control. yes

physically relaxed- after a good workout..yes
mentally calm- unless on tren
low anxiety-nope, I'm always on edge, on or off..I have a scrip to minimize anxiety
energised-absolutely
optimistic-usually
enjoyment-you know it
effortless-not effortless, but on cycle there's a mental edge in addition to the physical effects
automatic-?
alert-yep
mentally focused- on cycle, I seem to stay distracted
self-confident-somewhat
in control-I try to be
