But do make sure you have it just incase. Cuz if you do start to get signs, and you don't have any, you will hate yourself.

always keep some, make sure its in date and make sure you got plenty of it but dont use it unless you really need it.

it might seem like a waste of money to keep getting it (when it runs out of date) but if you ever need it you will thank yourself for spending that money.

iv been getting the stuff for years now and never needed it yet but ill always have it around in case.
