    some dnp questions.

    Just a couple of quick questions guys, does dnp effectiveness ever plateau? i think the worst is over for me. also how do i know if i am taking an optimum dose? im on 400mg at the moment, so tempted to increase but will see how i am in a couple of more days.

    im currently on my 9th day bro, did 200mg for first 5 days then 400mg in split doses.
