can you get kideny damage from just one cycle of test prop tren?

I'm getting a dull ache on the bottom left side of my waist where my kidneys are.

Well that would be subjective, but I say no. Drink water, get some supplements to help with kidney function. Could be getting lower back pumps.

Tren gives me kidney aches and lower back pumps. Not permenent damage but could be after an extended period of time. quiting drinking booze(weekends) helped me - also got some cranberry extract.
