Just wanted to share my goals achived! I started to workout at age 21 I was 136 and trained naturally until age 30! up tp 172 lbs! I am almost at the end of my third cycle and yesterday I weighed 200 for the first time in my life! I feel GREAT! I have learned so much from this forum and my golas will continue to grow and stay lean! all my cycles I have kept a decent clean diet and with high protein so I will consider them mostly cutting cycles and I am happy with the gains so far I know I coulkd be heavier if I had up the calories but I enjoy my life my workouts and my body has changed from 173 to a 200 lbs frame in the course of 2 years! I dont care to be 240 not even 220 but if I ever reach that weight it will be in the long healthy run slowly and carefully! I wish the best to all of u and thank you for sharing your knowledge and bitch slaping that I desrved sometimes for being silly! Hope to be of help to others in the future!
