1 Tab a day should do it. Depending on what your Mg are per tab. I think they normally come in 20mg. All mostly is needed is one tab per day.

doesn't matter when you do it.
it's proven estrogen levels peak at night while your sleeping....i don't know the 1/2 life of nolvadex...but it seems that taking it night might help since that is when the highest concentration of estro is....just my 2 cc's
I take 25mg proviron & 20mg nolva twice a day, morning and night. If I dont have arimidex!! I take the proviron anyway, 25mg/day if I do have arimidex!!:cool:Quote:
