high Blood Pressure help

I went to the doc and my bp was 164/70... I took it again and it was 140/75....

I ended pct about 2 weeks ago, Could my bp still be alittle high? Will it go back down... I am alittle worried..

Sorry to state the odvious but get it checked again and if there is a prob speak to your doc.

what were you on? As soon as it leaves your system your BP should return to normal.
Thats not even that high I've had 180 over 110 before!!! Your cool just watch it and eventually it will go down!

180/110 is dangerous territory...if it goes on for very long it can wreak havoc on your kidneys.....and that's just 1 result.......Take care of yourselves guys.......

See your doc, and maybe get some directics. They help on dropping BP.

All i was saying is that 140 over 70 is nothing !!! I was hospitalized for 2 weeks due to my BP and acute kidney faliure!

ya man 140/70 is pretty good..i was at 210/100 last cycle while just running test prop... and i was in good shape

Talk to your doctor, instead of coming here for advice on that subject.
