Whey is a by-product of milk/cottage cheese.....which therefore contains calcium,
which is the reason to separate from your doxy for at least 2 hours before or 2
hours after.

Btw...his advice is gold buddy, seperate by 2 hours and you'll be good to go. The reason they say no milk with doxy is because the calcium binds to the drug and inactivates it.

thanks alot bros, I just couldnt find any info about this anywhere.
I was under the impression not to have any calcium or milk for the whole duration of this antibody. SO this is releaving. thanks.!
