Is it worth it? The answer is yes and no, depending on what you are after, and your own ideas of value. I would not touch the stuff unless I could afford to run it for a minimum of 6 months, but more likely 9 months to a year. What are we saying here...hg alone, or gh with gear? GH alone doesn't seem to be the way to go, unless you are just looking to get lean. GH with gear seems to make a more pronounced impact.
Have I run it...not yet. I have spent hours researching it over the last 6 months or so.Do I plan to run it....very soon, in fact.
