Hot DAMN! This Alpha Lipoic Acid stuff really works.
I been on this CKD diet for about 2 weeks using ala at 3grams a day, spaced evenly throughout the day. It gives me serious heart burn but holy molly! :-) Im starting to look shredded, and when I started my carb day yesterday I looked pumped and huge when at the gym. I dont know what this stuff does, but its supposed to shuttle carbs or something into your muscles. whatever scientific reason exists I can sure vouch for this supplement. No really strength gains or anything, but just overall looking good which is what I like! My love handles are bye bye. no more!

Monday: Carb up lots of carbs and protein. Fat is optional.
Tue-Fri: Atkins low carb.
Sat & Sun: pseudo-fast a low calorie "fast" featuring fat and protein.
Monday and Wednesday total body weight lifting.
A new twist on ketosis. Basically the Zone Diet with the Atkins carb starvation and the addition of a binge day to front load carbs in an effort to trick your metabolism and the addition of two fasting days for your body to eat its own fat while its confused.
Cool concept, let us know if it works. I think you'll lose more lean mass than fat.

Well I was Talking about Alpha Lipoic Acid. The CKD part of the post was optional. I dont really care about lean body mass ebcause I think I have a little bit too much. I was 234 6'2 after my cycle and now I cardioing and dieting down. Im 215 right now, almost 4-6 pack. The diet and alpha lipoic acid really removed the fat deposits on my sides!

Don't waste your binge day on Lucky Charms. Everybody knows Froot Loops are the way to go!

Or eat a whole box of wheat things along with an entire can of easy cheese (the spray cheese in a can) mmmm that's what I ate last time I smoked weed a couple months ago lol

what do you take to suck down 3 grams a day, all the stuff i have found had a max of 250mg per pill. thats alot of pills.

Jmiro, so you think taking 3000mg ed of ALA is what is making you cut? I don't understand, isn't Alpha Lipoic Acid a liver supp? How is this making you cut?

its a carb shuttler and yes 3000 mg of the stuff is alot of pills. I used to take 60 50mg caps a day. I dont know what or how it works but my fucking six pack today is amazing.
