New to AR but not the game

Hi everyone, just joined AR, but have visited it many times before.
I'm 24 years old about 5'8 and weigh 175. I'm just looking for some advice to get back ripped up. I did use AS a couple of years ago, but have been off for a while. I still have pretty good shape, but I have gotten a lil soft. Looking for suggestions to get back hard.

Welcome aboard bro-If you're trying to get ripped up, I'd suggest throwing in something like T3 or clen, as winny is great for hardening the muscles up(I'm going to run winny at the end of my current bulking cycle myself)but isn't really a great fat burner. Post your stats and goals here for your cycle, and I'm sure the guys will help you out.

yea im new to the board 2 but not the game. if the diets right anything works in my opinion no scientific facts.
