    New to AR but not the game

    Hi everyone, just joined AR, but have visited it many times before.
    I'm 24 years old about 5'8 and weigh 175. I'm just looking for some advice to get back ripped up. I did use AS a couple of years ago, but have been off for a while. I still have pretty good shape, but I have gotten a lil soft. Looking for suggestions to get back hard.
