im about 10lbs over what id wanna be before doing a cycle. should i drop that 10 and then start my cycle or just do the cycle and maintain cardio throughout? im 5'11 210, would like to be 200 before cycle. Im planning a 500-700mg weekly of Cyp for 15weeks cycle.
and secondly, how long after my cycle do i need to wait to start some tren, t3, and clen to shred up?
