sensative to gyno?

i have had gyno since i was probably 13. I was really fat and I guess my body was just sensative to it if being fat cant cause it alone. Now im in good shape, and im getting the surgery one week from today and i was wondering about cycles after the surgery. I have done one cycle of just dbol at 25mg/ED wk 1-6 with just clomid as pct which was really dumb but it didnt really noticablt affect the gyno much. But, once the surgery is over, and im not sure about the whole gland removal things, but if i run 10mg ED nolva along with 500mg test enth wk1-10 and do pct with 20mgnolva/ED and clomid, should i be ok??
