    test e shot separation

    how many days should qv test e 250 be spread out, every 4 days or 3?

    i just do em monday's and thursdays to simplify it. works pretty well IMO

    Ya everyone that I know does either mon thurs, 0r tues -fri. Its just easier that way and you wont have to try to remember when to give your self a shot!! 3 4 days apart is good!!!
